How
about investing in Sierra Leone -- West Africa?
CADS
is deeply interested in getting an investor who would work with the
organization in doing reliable and very lucrative business in Sierra
Leone, and Africa in general.
The truth is, Africa is a paradox. Second in size and population among
the continents and arguably the richest of all in terms of natural resources.
Africa's people are hardworking and intelligent, and the continent can
boast of having produced great civilizations long before today's developed
countries had begun to emerge. We therefore encourage investors to benefit
from these established facts about our continent, particularly from
the mineral rich country of Sierra Leone, in West Africa.
Since the war in Sierra Leone has actually scaled down and all is not
lost being that Sierra Leone is resourcefully a rich country, the Center
for Alternative Development Strategies (CADS) would appreciate foreign
cooperation and would like to share with investors a mutually beneficial
business arrangement.
CADS is an organization that commits itself to maintaining a leading
position in trade and development promotion in Sierra Leone and the
world at large.
CADS is earnestly promoting a proposal for the importation of an initial
10,000 metric tons (revolving) of long grain white rice 35% broken on
counter-barter-trade basis, paying within 120 days out of the export
proceeds of rough uncut gem diamonds, unrefined crude gold with 88-90%
purity and other exportable produce/commodities from Sierra Leone.
Taking
into consideration the extreme shortage of rice in the whole country
caused by the subsiding political troubles in the country and the sub-region,
the implementation of such counter-barter trade operation would yield
tremendous profits.
In
this regard, the center would be glad to have you as investor/supplier
ready, willing and able to embark into this highly profitable venture
of dealing on the purchase and export of the initial 10,000 metric tons
of long grain white rice 35% broken in 50 kilos polythene bags at a
competitive price CIF or C&F Freetown port.
And
CADS Global Network values to act as commissioned agent fully protecting
your interests in this venture of investing in Sierra Leone.
And,
for unquestionable transparency and accountability, you shall designate
one or two reps. to Freetown to oversee and control for and on your
behalf your investment operations, in conjunction with the management
of CADS Global Network for the effective and sincere implementation
of this business initiative.
That,
the investor(s) shall designate as well a diamond and gold expert/appraiser
to inspect, classify and assess the value of the rough uncut gem diamonds
and unrefined gold quantities prior to their purchase and export to
overseas markets.
The
trend the counter barter trade will take is to use accumulated sales
from the rice sales for the purchase of and export of gold, diamond
and other exportable produce and commodities from Sierra Leone. The
business venture has the privilege to be diversified in terms of investing
in the rich marine resources of the country that would yield more and
more profits.
As
such the entire operation will be capable of recovering:
Payments
on total cost of imported rice and vehicles.
Payment on all custom duties, port charges and related taxes.
Payment on storage facilities of the quantity of rice.
Payment on repairs and maintenance costs of the operational vehicles
of the joint venture.
Payment on operational costs related to effective contacts and liaison
with potential rice buyers all over the country that are ready, willing
and able to buy the rice in cash and/or in kind (in exchange with gold
and diamonds).
Investing in the marine resources. Payment on operational costs related
to the identification/location of potential gold and diamond sellers/dealers
and the commodities traders throughout the country.
The acquisition of gold and diamond dealers and export licenses and
other related documents coupled with government of Sierra Leone's expressed
approval for the smooth operation of this venture.
Costs on he strengthening of existing office facilities, provision of
decent accommodation and transportation for your representatives in
Freetown and their residential permits in Sierra Leone.
Any other related matters. That, the distribution of the net profits
accruing from the counter barter trade operations shall be based on
recommended global acceptable commission rates.
Upon request we can submit a costing analysis for the importation of
a specified volume of metric tons of long grain white rice, 35% broken
into Sierra Leone at an average price you can work out per ton CIF Freetown
port, giving a projected counter barter trade operation in terms of:
(a) Marketing of the specified volume of bags of rice in Freetown area
and expected profit in US dollars.
(b) Purchase of unrefined crude gold with 88-90% purity and purchase
of quantities (in carats/quality) rough and uncut gem diamond.
We wish to know whether an investor(s) can appreciate the tremendous
potentials we have offered in this proposal. We understand prevailing
concerns about the immorality that overwhelmed the diamond business
which has made many greedy business magnates rich with Sierra Leonean
blood money. We are not going to be like these greedy magnates. Our
interest in the diamond business will be strictly legitimate, and there
are other businesses too we will consider as we proceed with our business
ventures, with the moral objective to help many small and medium sized
entrepreneurs who will be honest in doing business with us. We are in
a capable position to give answers to any specific queries that you
might have. And we anticipate your considerations. Please contact
us.
