PROFESSIONALS SEEKING INVESTORS

We are career business promotion agents and coordinators of the Center for Alternative Development Strategies (CADS) Global Network deeply interested in working with investors to engage in reliable and very lucrative businesses in Africa.

CADS Global Network is the result of nearly ten years of Business Research & Development, a professionally developed network of development and business projects.

The truth is, Africa is a paradox. Second in size and population among the continents and arguably the richest of all in terms of natural resources. Africa's people are hardworking and intelligent, and the continent can boast of having produced great civilizations long before today's developed countries had begun to emerge. We therefore encourage you to benefit from these established facts about our continent, particularly from the mineral rich country of Sierra Leone, the Mano River region and the West Coast of Africa at large. We will therefore appreciate foreign cooperation, and will like to share these mutually beneficial business prospects.

USED GOODS BUSINESS PROSPECTS

We checked the market in the West Coast and we want to state here to bring from Europe or the United States good second hand stuff such as: - TVs - VCPs - VCRs - Hi-Fi - Auto tyres - Computers+hardware - Air conditions - Refrigerators - Clothing - etc. is good business in Sierra Leone, Guinea, Liberia and the Gambia.

The market for these goods in these countries is fantastic, and we have the ability to provide reliable agency partnership to market these goods and make tremendous profits for investors. Based upon our reliable market research carried out in two countries: Sierra Leone and The Gambia, we are forwarding comparative prices of some of these used goods listed.

It is proven and considered very important that prices of used goods in these countries can be determined at a more higher rate when the goods are in a very appreciable condition.

In Sierra Leone for instance second hand PCs without printers, are sold at US$895.65; refrigerators at US$271.74 depending on its size. TV sets are sold at US$243.74 and more depending on the type one may need. A very good VCR in Sierra Leone goes for $190.21. A standard Hi-Fi sells at $217.39 and more. Tyres sell at $25 and more.

Re: The Gambia: The dollar in The Gambia is fluctuating at a rate between D14.50-D15.00 per dollar. Here are the current prices of the goods mentioned.

TV set: $100-133
Hi-Fi: $100-133-200
VCP: $120-133
VCR: $133-146
PC [without printer]: $253-300
Tyres [13-14rims]: $17-32
Refrigerator: $200 - 253

All the above analyzed prices are made out at "CIF" Sierra Leone Queen Elizabeth II port, and The Gambia port respectively.

Whatever may be the importation regulations for such commodities into these countries, including Guinea and Liberia which are other ready markets, we are very capable to address, the fact remains investors will make huge, huge profits if we bring these goods to West Africa.

Selling these used goods therefore at 'stock' prices, generally reduced and still very profitable, will be sold remarkably fast to wholesale buyers in these countries ready, willing and capable to make wholesale purchases from us to resell at retail prices.

Our strategy is to help you sell these goods so profitably fast so that you can consider diversifying your business interests like food stuff to include Africa's staple food, rice, based upon the successes you will enjoy from this very first business exploration.

OUR RICE BUSINESS PROPOSAL

CADS Global Network is earnestly promoting a proposal for the importation of an initial 10,000 metric tons (revolving) of long grain white rice 35% broken on counter-barter-trade basis, paying within 120 days out of the export proceeds of rough uncut gem diamonds, unrefined crude gold with 88-90% purity and other exportable produce/commodities from Sierra Leone, Guinea, and the Gambia.

Taking into consideration the extreme shortage of rice in the whole country caused by the political troubles in the sub-region, the implementation of such counter-barter trade operation would yield tremendous profits. In this regard, I would be glad to work with investors ready, willing and able to embark into this highly profitable venture of dealing on the purchase and export of an initial 10,000 metric tons of long grain white rice 35% broken in 50 kilos polythene bags at a competitive price CIF or C&F Freetown/Conakry/Banjul ports.

And CADS Global Network values to act as commissioned agent fully protecting investors' interests in this venture of investing in West Africa. And, for unquestionable transparency and accountability, investors shall designate one or two reps. to Freetown, Conakry or the Gambia to oversee and control for and on the principals' behalf their investment operations, in conjunction with the management of CADS Global Network for the effective and sincere implementation of this business.

The business itself will take the trend of a counter barter trade, using accumulated sales from the rice sales for the purchase of and export of gold, diamond and other exportable produce and commodities from Sierra Leone.

Therefore, investors shall designate as well a diamond and gold expert/appraiser to inspect, classify and assess the value of the rough uncut gem diamonds and unrefined gold quantities prior to their purchase and export to overseas markets.

Generally, the entire operation will be capable of recovering:
Payments on total cost of imported rice and vehicles.
Payment on all custom duties, port charges and related taxes.
Payment on storage facilities of the quantity of rice.
Payment on repairs and maintenance costs of the operational vehicles of the joint venture.
Payment on operational costs related to effective contacts and liaison with potential rice buyers all over the country that are ready, willing and able to buy the rice in cash and/or in kind (in exchange with gold and diamonds).
Payment on operational costs related to the identification/location of potential gold and diamond sellers/dealers and the commodities traders throughout the country.
The acquisition of gold and diamond dealers and export licenses and other related documents coupled with government of Sierra Leone's expressed approval for the smooth operation of this venture.
Costs on he strengthening of existing office facilities, provision of decent accommodation and transportation for your representatives in Freetown, Conakry or the Gambia and their residential permits in these countries.
Any other related matters.

The distribution of the net profits accruing from the counter barter trade operations shall be based on recommended global acceptable commission rates.

Rice is West Africa's staple food, and it is indeed a booming business in Sierra Leone and along the West Coast of Africa. The following shows the type of rice most wanted in Sierra Leone and all West African countries:

1. Thai fragrant white rice, all broken (100%) is in fact a very popular type of rice among consumers. It tastes well and has some kind of alluring fragrance consumers so much like. Indigenous traders buy this type of rice at a minimum wholesale price of US$19 per 50 kilo bag buying hundreds/thousands of bags at a time.

2. Another type of rice which is well known in the West Coast is the long grain white rice. It has a maximum of 25% broken and can swell well when cooked. This goes for a minimum wholesale price of $20.00US per 50 kilo bag to indigenous entrepreneurs buying hundreds/thousands of bags at a time.

3. The other types are: Riz Blanc (white rice), long grain and polythened in Pakistan and the long grain (white rice) from Taiwan and the Republic of China. These types are sold at wholesale price of Le32,000 ($19.50US) to indigenous entrepreneurs buying hundreds/thousands of bags at a time.

PROMOTING ANY KIND OF PRODUCTS INVESTORS HAVE TO OFFER.

Our organization is also ready, willing and able to promote and sell any products covered by an agreement with any investors. Our cooperation in business is not limited to the used products, rice, or the gold and diamond trade presented in this business exploratory proposal.
